Glue is a Product OS for engineering teams that connects code repositories, error tracking, analytics, tickets, and team conversations into one system, providing AI-assisted workflows, triage, and autonomous agents for software teams. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your credentials with others outside your authorized team
• Not create accounts for automated access without our prior written consent

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service for you. We do not claim ownership of Your Content and do not sell it to third parties.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to connect and share repositories, tickets, and other content with the Service.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service allows you to connect third-party platforms (e.g., GitHub, Jira, Linear, Google Search Console). Your use of those integrations is also governed by the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party services.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by Glue and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLUE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service, with reasonable notice where practicable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Glue is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
